Our Vision

To preserve and develop the Language, Literature, Culture and the Fine Arts of the Ho’ people, that is to say, of the Tribes of the Austric group of Munda family, through
The building up of character, the development of personality and the preservation of their ancient cultural Heritage with full confidence of National integration.
The promotion of the teaching of the ‘Ho’ Language with the Script ‘Varang-chiti’ in the teaching institutions under the three language formula as given by the Education Ministry Govt. of India,
The conservation of the distinct script ‘Varang chiti as deciphered and declared by the Society for the ‘Ho’ language and the promotion of the growth and enrichment of ‘Ho’ Language, Literature and the Fine Arts.
The establishment and administration of the Cultural Centres and institutions for the ‘Ho’ or Austric people
The of effective ‘Social Education’ to rural youths in the rural way of setting and incul-cate them the spirit of service to the community and live for the rural way of life
To promote cottage industries and encourage Co-ope-rative farming in rural and urban areas among the members of the Society.
To strive for protection and preservation of any monu-ment, place (worshiping sacred groves and burial grounds) or the objects of ancient and historic inte-rests for Adivasis
To develop various aspects of tribal life and also to ensure Social service along with the National policy of education and to impart education in Science and technology with the help of mother-tongue from very beginning of their school life of Ho children so that they may imbibe genuine interests and develop inclination in Science and technology and to set up laboratary to carry out some experiments based on the Culture and Science,
To establish Schools, Colleges for imparting pri-mary, Secondary and higher education with a view to train up ideal citizens.
To establish a Cultural Centre at village Jorapo khar, in the distrit of Singhbhum with buildings and other requirements
To undertake publication, sale and distribution of ‘Ho’ Literature. Journals, Magazines, Newspapers, Books and other Literary works and works of Art.
To organise seminars group discussion and perio-dical and annual cultural gatherings on all India, State, district and local level.
To provide facilities for and to encourage and pro-mote research work on the ‘Ho’ Language, Literature, Culture and the Fine Arts by giving Training of So-cial education workers through the mother tongue of the ‘Ho’ people, the National language. Hindi and other languages.
To advise the Central and State Government on the problem of Social education.
To render assistance to schools, colleges and Univer-sities and other educational institutions in the tea-ching of ‘Ho’ Language, Literature, Cultural and the Fine Arts.
To establish, maintain and manage, halis, hostels and to provide such other accomodation as are necessary for the residence of the students.
To acquire by gift, purchage, lease or otherwise any property, movable or immovable which may be nece ssary for the purpose of the Society and to costruct, look-after, and maintain any building for the pur-poses of the Society.
To establish a child welfare centers.
To take steps to establish, maintain, and administer a cultural University.
To establish a teachers training institute for training P and conducting experiments in the method of basic education and to award a Diploma in junior Course and B.Ed. Degree in Senior Course.
To do or any other above things and such other acts, deeds and things as are or may be deemed necessary incidental or conductive to the attainment of all or any of the objects and purposes aforesaid.
